Karen Cooper of Lewiston won in the adult category.

Our 2017 Coloring Contest was the best yet with more than 30 entries, including submissions from a group of fifth-graders from Juliaetta Elementary School.

Readers of all ages entered the contest. One person dressed Santa in a blue suit, because he looked so sad. There were word bubbles and glitter. Fine attention to detail and careful shading came into play in our decision to pick work by Karen Cooper, 65, of Lewiston in the adult division; and Naomi Leonard, 11, of Lewiston in the kid’s division. Each won four movie tickets.

All those who entered and included their address received an Inland 360 sticker. Thank you to everyone who participated.

We’re already plotting our 2018 coloring contest, so keep sharpening your skills.
