LEWISTON — The LC Ice Arena here will feature a special Skate With Santa event from 1 to 3:30 Dec. 24.
The arena is at 1521 Sixth Ave. N.
Cost is $25 per family, which includes admission and skate rental for up to five members. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served.
Dec. 26
CLARKSTON — The Maple Bars, a band based in the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley, will play rock music beginning at 10 p.m. Dec. 26 at Hogan’s Pub here, 906 Sixth St.
Band members are Mason McCroskey (guitar, keyboard and vocals), Trenton Meads (drums) and Austin Moody (bass and guitar).
Admission is $5 at the door.

LEWISTON — Dave Bjur will play jazz music from 8 to 10 p.m. Dec. 26 at Mystic Cafe here, 1303 Main St.

CLARKSTON — The Heustis Kountry Band will play dance music from 7 to 10 p.m. Dec. 26 at the Sixth Street Senior Center here, 832 Sixth St.
Admission is $5 at the door.
Dec. 27
COTTONWOOD — The annual Christmas concert titled “A Prairie Christmas” will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Dec. 27 at the Monastery of St. Gertrude here.
Musicians and vocalists from the region include Sally Rehder, Michael Rehder, Sister Mary Francis Kluss, Sister Miriam Mendez, Karen Martin and Danielle Walsh.
The monastery is at 465 Keuterville Road, and donations will be accepted.
