"Chile in Focus: Perspectives on Politics, Environment and Ethnicity"

This symposium brings together three leading anthropologists of Chile to discuss contemporary social and environmental issues in the South American nation. The event consists of a lecture on the politics of wildfires in central Chile (12:30 p.m.) as well as a panel discussion (3:30 p.m.) on the country’s recent constitutional process (Crest Room, ISUB, University of Idaho).
