Highlights of the 55 items in the collection include: correspondence from Colfax Electric Light and Power Company dated Nov. 22, 1890, requesting a prompt reply regarding wood order, 1912 sixth annual Colfax Horse Show ribbon paired with photo of horse show on Main Street and several promotional Colfax business giveaway items. The nostalgic items in this collection pay tribute to the rich history of downtown Colfax businesses then and now. The Libey Gallery is located in The Bettie Steiger Center adjacent to Colfax Library. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturdays.
