Community Flu Shot Clinic October 20 & 21 | 9:00am - 6:00pm Location: Tri-State Memorial Hospital Conference room 1221 Highland Avenue, Clarkston, WA Look for the signs and balloons! No appointment necessary. Walk-ins welcome! Out-of-pocked and insurance payments accepted. Offering the quadrivalent vaccine to patients 6 months and older and the high-dose vaccine to those 65 and older. Please bring your current insurance card and fill out our Influenza Vaccination form prior to arrival. The form is available at www.TriStateHospital.org/FluClinic. COVID-19 vaccines will be available for attendees that would like to start their vaccine series.
