Lewiston filmmaker Matt Robinson has had his short Good Doggie accepted into the inaugural Idaho Horror Film Festival starting Thursday, Oct. 16 in Boise. The film tells the tale of a dog that is smarter than it appears. It was written by Robinsons father, George Robinson, and filmed in Lewiston and Lapwai. It will be shown at midnight Friday, Oct. 17 at the Egyptian Theatre. The festival concludes Saturday night with a 25th anniversary showing of Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers, with an appearance by actor Don Shanks.
