Great Moscow Food Drive

The Latah County Human Rights Task Force and the city of Moscow Human Rights Commission's food drive is set for Saturday at the Moscow Farmers Market, next to the bus stop in front of the Moscow Hotel, and at East City Park, corner of Third and Hayes streets. Donations of nonperishable food and household and toiletry items go to the Moscow Food Bank and the Westside Food Pantry. Monetary donations can be made at humanrightslatah.org or by sending checks made to the Latah County Human Rights Task Force to Box 8613, Moscow. Cash donations will be divided among Weekend Food for Kids, the Moscow Food Bank and Westside Food Pantry. Fresh produce for the food banks is collected at the Moscow Farmers Market through a partnership with Backyard Harvest.
