Homebound Library Delivery Service

Beginning the first week of February, the Latah County Library District will begin offering a monthly homebound delivery service to Moscow residents within the city limits who are unable to come to the library because of physical or mental disabilities. Library staff will select materials based on individual borrowers’ interests and requests, and items will be delivered to patrons’ homes.
