Featured Artist: Judy Mousseau Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Over the years, Judy has taken numerous workshops learning about watercolor, pastels, and portrait and figurative drawing. She has been a featured artist at multiple venues and held solo shows. Her numerous awards include several ‘Best of Show,’ ‘First Place,’ ‘People’s Choice’ and ‘Honorable Mentions.’ In 2012, Judy painted a portrait of Moscow’s Mayor, Nancy Chaney for Artwalk that is now part of the City’s art collection. She chaired the committee that planned the 2017 Palouse Watercolor Socius Regional Juried Watercolor Exhibition and workshop taught by Gloria Allen Miller at the Lewis and Clark State College, Center for Arts and History in 2017.
