Latah Farmers Market

Everyone is welcome at the Latah Farmers Market's second annual free Community Cider Pressing. Bring up to 50 pounds of apples to the market at the Troy City Park Gazebo Oct. 8 to have our volunteers press them into cider. Bring your own jars/jugs to take your cider home in, or buy one of ours. Apples may also be available for purchase at the market while supplies last. Stay and enjoy great food, locally grown and produced goods from market vendors and live by Beargrass Band. The Latah Farmers Market, independently operated by area growers, producers and artisans, features items produced exclusively in Latah County by Latah County residents, along with local entertainment. More than 50 vendors are expected. A list is at latahfarmersmarket.com. Vendor and performer applications from Latah County residents of all ages are accepted throughout the market season. The market was launched to expand access to locally grown food and resources in an effort to boost the local economy and minimize reliance on foreign supply chains.
