Local Tourist

Local Tourist is the project of songwriter Erin Umstead. The band was officially formed in Christchurch, New Zealand by Erin —originally from the U.S. — along with New Zealanders Joe Sampson (Salad Boys, T54) and Rory Dalley (Ben Woods Group). The original band is currently divided between the U.S .and NZ, with rotating live members based on Erin's location. Local Tourist plays sad, quiet indie rock.
