Manhattan Short Film Festival

You be the Judge. This is the 25th annual Manhattan Short Film Festival, which is a worldwide event taking place in about 500 venues across six continents. Each of the selected 10 finalist short films will show during each screening (from Sept. 22 to Oct. 2 across the world), with the Best Film and Best Actor awards determined by ballots cast by each audience member in each participating venue. By virtue of their selection, each short film is each film is automatically Oscar-qualified. These Final Ten Films represent the best short films from among 870 submitted from 70 countries.
