Bring your well-behaved pooch to visit our animal-related vendors and participate in our iconic games, contests, activities and more. We can’t wait to see you and your pup at the 13th annual Mutt Strutt. It’s going to be the best year yet. All proceeds go toward enhancements to the Pooch Park at Pullman, a subsection of the Whitman County Humane Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
