Palouse Folklore Society’s monthly community contra dance with live music by Arvid Lundin and Deep Roots. Summer dances are at the Old Blaine Schoolhouse at the corner of Blaine Rd. and Eid Rd. five miles south of Moscow. All dances are taught. Beginners, singles and families of all ages are welcome. Potluck picnic at 6:30 p.m., free dance lessons at 7:30 p.m. and the band starts at 8 p.m. Admission cost is $8, new dancers $5 and kids are free.
