Old Time Contra Dance

Palouse Folklore Society's monthly community contra dance with live music by Arvid Lundin and Deep Roots, including Lundin on fiddle, Dave Beach on guitar, Char Beach on bodhran and harp and Shari Lyman on bass. Dances for the night will be called by one of our favorite callers: Joseph Erhard-Hudson. Dance lessons at 7:30, band starts at 8. Dancing till 10:30. Traditional country dances, great live music, family-friendly fun for all ages. All dances are taught, no partners necessary. Beginners, singles and families: all are welcome. Kids attend free.
