Old Time Contra Dance

Palouse Folklore Society's monthly community contra dance with live music by Loose Palouse. Loose Palouse is Lawrence Huntley on the hammered dulcimer; Rita McAdoo on fiddle; David Christian on guitar & bouzouki; with Daniel Green holding down the low end on bass. Dance lessons at 7:30, band starts at 8 p.m., dancing till 10:30. Traditional country dances, great live music, family-friendly fun for all ages. All dances are taught; no partners necessary.
