Old Time Contra Dance

Palouse Folklore Society's monthly community dance with live music by Under the Wire: John McInturff on fiddle, Greta Hodapp on banjo and concertina, David Christian on rhythm guitar. Dances will be called by our groovy locals. Dance lessons at 7:30 p.m., band at 8, dancing till 10:30. Energetic dances, great live music, family-friendly and fun for all ages. All dances are taught, and all are welcome. You don't need a partner, you don't need experience, all you need is a willingness to have a blast. Kids get in free.
