Paintings created onsite by 41 artists from across the region at locations throughout Latah, Nez Perce, Whitman and Benewah counties. The artist reception from 5-7 p.m. Sept. 15 will feature a ceremony with awards chosen by exhibition juror Melanie Thompson of Richland, Wash., and refreshments by Wilder Catering of Moscow.
