Michael Pedersen of Lewiston is the winner of our May 18 Picture This challenge. Pedersen was the first person to correctly identify the location of the photo as a close-up of the tile mosaic on the front of the Idaho North Central District Health Department in Lewiston, also remembered by long time residents as the old Safeway building.
