Pullman Fourth of July celebration

The Pullman Chamber of Commerce and city of Pullman announce the return of Pullman’s Fourth of July Celebration. Traditional sales of cotton candy and Coca-Cola soft drinks will be available. There will not be an ATM onsite. We encourage you to bring your own picnic. Personal barbecues with briquets are not allowed in the park. The Community Band of the Palouse will kick off the celebration, performing from 5:30-6:30 p.m. followed by folk singer Dan Maher. DJ Goldfinger will close out the night with music through the decades. The fireworks show will be choreographed to music with help from Pullman radio stations and played on Hit Radio 104.7 and New Country 104.3. The Pullman Chamber of Commerce encourages families to bring chairs and blankets and to utilize Pullman Public Transit buses, which will offer free rides to and from Sunnyside Park from designated Park and Ride locations. Alcohol is prohibited in the park. The chamber joins with the Whitman County Humane Society to discourage pets during the celebration. Information: (509) 334-3565 or
