Rosalie Spielman

Spielman will read from her book “Welcome Home to Murder" and will have copies of her book available for sale. Originally from Troy, she writes cozy mysteries, and her newest series, the Hometown Mysteries, is set in Moscow and the fictional town of New Oslo (inspired by Troy).
