"Scream"

Moscow Film Society and University of Idaho Film & Television Department present "Scream" (1996) as part of their Wicked Wednesdays: Countdown to Halloween series. A year after the murder of her mother, a teenage girl is terrorized by a new killer, who targets the girl and her friends by using horror films as part of a deadly game. Horror icon Wes Craven’s subversive deconstruction of the genre is sly, witty, and incredibly effective as a slasher film as well.
