Come celebrate the first house constructed by students in the University of Idaho's College of Art and Architecture. This affordable house was designed during the 2021-22 school year by a team of four students, who then constructed it this summer on land owned by Moscow Affordable Housing Trust. The home will be sold to an income-qualified buyer using the Community Land Trust model. It is the first of six houses planned by the college in a small cluster of houses they are calling Lupine Flats.
