Flier for Troy Historical Society Evening Presentation on the Branting Loom

When: Wed., Oct. 19, 6:30-8:30 p.m. 2022

The Troy Historical Society has on display at the Troy Museum the full-side weaving loom built by Oscar Branting in 1916. At the evening presentation, descendent Steve Branting will speak on the family and area history of the loom and Jan Pipher of the Deary Heritage Handcraft Center will demonstrate the working of the loom. There will be opportunity to try your own hand at it.
