"The Magic Flute"

Presented by Lionel Hampton School of Music, "The Magic Flute" is Mozart's fantastical journey of two young lovers finding themselves and each other with help from friends and a magic flute. Caught in a power struggle between a wise priest and an evil queen, these two young heroes learn the value of friendship, and in so doing, find the path to wisdom and love. Magic Flute is a singspiel, a German music drama which combines singing and spoken dialogue. At the UI University Auditorium in the Administration building, Moscow campus. $5-$7 tickets at the door.
