"The Nightmare Before Christmas"

Presented by the Moscow Film Society as part of its Alt Christmas series. Jack Skellington, king of Halloween Town, discovers Christmas Town, but his attempts to bring Christmas to his home causes confusion in this 1993 production. Directed by stop-motion genius Henry Selick ("James and the Giant Peach," "Coraline") based on a story by Tim Burton with music by Danny Elfman – it doesn’t get any better than that.
