Join practitioner Jessica Drago for an all-levels and all-ages yoga practice. This outdoor yoga class is an opportunity to honor the Divine flow. It starts by focusing on aligning the breath with the rhythmic and fluid movement as you enjoy the ambiance of being in nature. Following the physical practice, we'll soak in our efforts with a short meditation. Lastly, we'll end our time with savasana (rest), which is accompanied by
a cozy sound bath as you drift into deep relaxation.
