Join Stephanie Frost for an all-levels yoga practice. The practice will start with a Kundalini breathing that consists of three-part breath. After awakening our energy within, following will be a gentle asana flow to help you arrive at a compassionate and invigorating place. We will end with Savasana (rest) pose with a guided meditation to melt into the earth and go deep within ourselves. You will leave the class nourished and connected with yourself.
