At the second annual Cops and Robbers Fun run Saturday, Oct. 28, people dressed up as bandits and law enforcers to raise money for the Moscow Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police Palouse Lodge #149.  The run began and ended at Ghormley Park. Inland 360 photographer Kai Eiselein was there to capture the moment.
