“You Were There” is a recurring photo section that features people at quad-city events. Our 11/7 edition features the Lewis-Clark Valley Boys and Girls Club Auction. The Roaring '20s was the theme for the 34th annual fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lewis Clark Valley. The event took place Nov. 2 at the Nez Perce County Fair Pavilion.
