"A World in Color"

Works in photography and digital collage by Alexis Maki, who was raised in Colfax and now works as an art teacher in the Rosalia School District. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Art, and a Master of Arts degree in teaching at Eastern Oregon University. She creates digital landscape collages that examine the use of colors and juxtaposition of the beauty within an environment, and the hazards that can be hidden within it.
