The event, organized by the Lewis Clark Bluegrass Organization, runs from noon to 10 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to noon Sunday. Tickets are $20 for a weekend pass or $15 per day at lewisclarkbluegrass.com/valleybluegrassfestival or with cash or check at the gate. Kids 15 and younger attend free with a paying adult.
Also performing are Wanigan, Roosevelt Road, Beargrass, Heartbreak Pass, Buck 99 and Family Circle Band. A full schedule is on the festival website.
Attendees can participate in workshops and open mic and jam sessions, and the event’s traditional gospel sing is set for Sunday morning.
