A couple of children playing on the thick icy surface of the Spring Valley Reservoir near Troy, Idaho on Sunday, January 23, 2022. The boy on the right is holding the head of a cattail plant which he and his sister later released the fuzzy parts of the cattail into the air and watch them sail away in the wind.
