When: Wed., Oct. 18, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Thu., Oct. 19, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. 2023

Includes both the quadrivalent and high dose vaccines. Quadrivalent vaccines are available to patients ages 6 months and older. High dose vaccines are available to patients 65 and older. No appointment necessary. In TriState Health Conference Room. Out-of-pocket and insurance payments accepted. Please bring current insurance card and fill out influenza vaccination form before arrival: TSH.org/FluClinic
