Concert by dance/cover band from Coeur d’Alene with art activities for kids of all ages and sno-cones by Sassy Squatch Ice Cream and Deli. The event celebrates the launch of River Arts, a new community arts center in Kamiah that will offer arts programs for children and youth, adult enrichment classes, concerts and literary events.
