Culinary Tour of the Palouse: "What's in the Bottom of your Freezer?"

Register by Sept. 2. Enhance your culinary abilities by learning to prepare that cut of meat, fish, seafood or any item that's been sitting in your freezer because you're unsure how to cook it. Chef Aaron Little will demonstrate how to handle those challenging cuts of meat and teach you cooking techniques that make them tender and delicious. Little is from Colfax and is an expert in crafting sauces and cooking meats. His culinary journey has taken him from the East Coast to the West Coast as a chef.
