The League of Women Voters of Pullman and Whitman County’s second annual Visual Arts Competition Reception will be held on Earth Day. Students in grades 3-12 in Whitman County submitted artwork reflecting the theme of “eARTh Art: Civics and the Natural World. How does this connection effect you?" Come meet the student artists and see their creative reflections of eARTh Art.
