College Hill Association
Lambda Chi Alpha is recognized as the Fraternity Yard of the Semester on November 3. The Award was presented on behalf of the College Hill Association and the City of Pullman by Pullman's Mayor Francis Benjamin (holding certificate), Director of Community Development RJ Lott (far right) and College Hill Association Co-Chair Allison Munch-Rotolo (second from left), who reports that that members of the chapter have demonstrated active care of the property at 905 NE Colorado Street in Pullman in a manner that impressed the judges.

This image, snapped by Marilyn Von Seggern on behalf of the College Hill Association, is on the front steps of the Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter house located at 610 NE Colorado Street in Pullman. It  includes a group of fraternity members, including president Austin Loomis, some College Hill Association board members, and representatives of the City of Pullman, including Planning Director Pete Dickinson and Mayor Glenn Johnson.
