“King Frog” is a collection of group games by retired University of Idaho recreation professor Mike Kinziger. Ranging from high-energy to low-energy, the games require little equipment and can be played by all ages. Kinziger, a former clown camp instructor, outdoorsman, and basketball, tennis and golf coach, has played them all and tweaked them to ensure they are easy and fun. A template on each page guides leaders and players how to play each game.

Kinziger lives in Deary. He taught for 16 years as an associate professor at UI. He also taught at the University of Wisconsin–LaCrosse for 16 years and six years in a middle school. He’s led workshops across the U.S. about team building and play in people’s lives.
