Innovative Readiness Training: free medical services

Nimiipuu Health, in collaboration with the Idaho National Guard, will conduct an Innovative Readiness Training to provide essential medical services to the community at no cost. The event will be held in the cities of Lapwai and Kamiah on the Nez Perce Reservation and will be open to anyone. The hours of service are intended to ensure accessibility to individuals with various schedules and it is not necessary to make an appointment for an individual to access the care they need. During the IRT, Nimiipuu Health and the National Guard will set up medical facilities at Lapwai Elementary on May 13-17 and Kamiah High School on May 13-14. The Lapwai location will be providing medical and dental services, while only medical services will be provided at the Kamiah location. Individuals seeking dental care are encouraged to visit the Lapwai Elementary School location for comprehensive assistance. On May 14, Lapwai High School will also provide sports physicals and immunizations.
