Photo taken Jan. 17, 2016, at the Lewiston-Nez Perce County airport. Used by pilots lacking sophisticated instruments on board their aircraft, this rotating beacon lets the pilot know where the airport is located. This morning, it could only offer a suggestion where the runway might be. The fog covered the ground about 10 feet thick in all directions.

While in Boston, Mass. we toured the down town area and was able to get this shot of the Old State House, which is Boston's oldest public building built in 1713 and was the seat of British Colonial Government. The Stamp act was debated here and The Declaration of Independence was first read to Bostonian's from the balcony on July 18 1776. By Jerry Cunnington, 10/2009.
