The University of Idaho presents a performance of English playwright Duncan MacMillan’s “Every Brilliant Thing” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at the Forge Theatre, 404 Sweet Ave., Moscow.
The performance, starring assistant professor Craig A. Miller, was organized by UI Recreation and Wellbeing in recognition of World Suicide Awareness Day.
“This show brings hope, help and strength to life in an authentic and heartfelt performance,” Amanda Ferstead, assistant director of health promotion, said in a news release. “No matter your connection to mental health concerns, this show is a must-see event.”
The play, written by MacMillan with Jonny Donahoe, “balances conveying life’s struggles and celebrating its sweetness,” according to the news release.
