The Lewis-Clark State College Auto Mechanics Club, with support from the college’s Technical & Industrial Division and a number of local sponsors, will host this first-time event with a full day of activities and demonstrations geared toward car enthusiasts, including prospective students who might be interested in automotive-related programs at LCSC. In addition to a large car show, there will be dyno runs, a fun run, a silent auction and a carburetor rebuild demonstration by Riley Schlick of Riley’s Rebuilds, an all-female production team with a growing following on social media. Activities are free and open to the public; however, there is a $5 fee to participate in the car show, a $5 fee to have a booth at the event and a $100 fee to use the Dyno Lab. Register online. Proceeds go to the Auto Mechanics Club.
