Writers invited to retreat to Lake Coeur d'Alene this month

Writers of all levels can retreat to write on the banks of Lake Coeur d’Alene with the Northwest Inland Writing Project.

The Our Point of Inspiration writing retreat is 3 p.m. July 23 to 3:30 p.m. July 27 at the Spirit Lodge at Camp N-Sid-Sen.

This year’s visiting writer is Anna Wolff who teaches English at Whatcom Community College, is a published poet, editor and member of www.poetrynight.org, She will assist writers from beginner to master in all phases of the writing process regardless of genre.

The cost is $400 for general public, $375 for teachers, and $350 for project members. The cost includes private rooms and meals. Swimming, hiking and kayaking are available. A one day option, including lunch, is $40.
