I was most fortunate to encounter this incredible Red-tailed hawk atop a towering tree this morning on my walk in the Orchards (June 7, 2025). As I approached, she was in full throat, announcing that the valley below was her domain and I was merely a guest. I snapped two quick pics, acknowledged her beauty, and moved on, thankful for this gift!
