UNIONTOWN — “Seasons of the Year” is the theme of the December exhibit at Artisans at the Dahmen Barn here, which continues through Dec. 27. A reception where patrons can meet the artists is 1 to 6 p.m. Dec. 12.
The exhibit’s featured artists are resident artists at the barn and those who have exhibited at the barn during 2015. It will feature a variety of media.
The barn’s 20 resident artists are showing new work. Artists from through the region invited to exhibit include Larry Coontz, David Smith, Micah Borchardt and Keith Tyler showing works in wood; Ed Brannan and Carolyn Guy showing pottery; Cindy Dillehay showing glass; and Alison Meyer and Ron Doebler showing photography.
The barn is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily through Dec. 23, and will close at 3 p.m. Dec. 24. It is at 419 N. Park Way.
Dec. 10
CLARKSTON — A holiday musical dinner theater production, “Winter Wonderettes,” will open Dec. 10 at Quality Inn here, 700 Port Drive.
A cocktail hour begins at 6 p.m., dinner will begin at 6:45 p.m. and the performance begins at 7:30 p.m. The rest of the performances are Friday, Saturday, next Thursday and Dec. 18 and 19.

The production, staged by the Lewiston Civic Theatre, is directed by Nancy McIntosh and features 1960s versions of holiday music classics such as “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Run Rudolph Run” and “Winter Wonderland.”
The production stars Patricia Brinegar as Betty Jean, Amanda Klempel as Suzy, Jennifer Opdahl as Missy and Alaina Trickey as Cindy Lou.

Dec. 11
MOSCOW — The annual College of Art and Architecture faculty art exhibit at the University of Idaho’s Prichard Art Gallery here will open with a reception from 5 to 8 p.m. Dec. 11.
The exhibit will continue through Jan. 17 at the gallery, 414/416 S. Main St.
The artwork includes photography, drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, books, architectural studies, furniture and community research projects in a variety of styles ranging from representational to abstract, and modern to post-modern traditions, according to a news release.
Participating faculty include: Bill Bowler, Matthew T. Brehm, Brian Cleveley, Jill Dacey, Eric Demattos, J. Casey Doyle, David Giese, Stacy Isenbarger, Delphine Keim, John Larkin, Sally Machlis, Matthew Miller, Miles Pepper, Nishiki Sagawara-Beda, Michael Sonnichsen, Randy Teal, Greg Turner-Rahman, Lianne Wappett, William Woolston and George Wray.
Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free.
Dec. 11
MOSCOW — The annual University of Idaho Jazz Choirs Holiday Concert will begin at 7 p.m. Dec. 11 in the Kibbie Activities Center here.
In addition to the UI Jazz Choirs, the popular event will feature more than 500 regional elementary, junior high, and high school choir members, the Alpine Carillons, the Holiday String Orchestra and Jazz Band IV. Admission will be by donation, which will benefit the UI Lionel Hampton School of Music.
Dec. 16
MOSCOW — An organ recital featuring Advent hymns and Christmas carols will be from 12:15 to 1 p.m. Dec. 16 in the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church here, 405 S. Van Buren St.
The organists performing at the free event are Susan Billin, organist at the church and an organ teacher; Judy Croskey, organist and choir director emeritus of St. James Episcopal and Nativity Episcopal churches; and Annamarie Pearson, organist of Nativity Episcopal Church in Lewiston.
