Coming and Going on Netflix in September 2019
Sacha Baron Cohen takes a rare dramatic role as deep cover Israeli agent in Syria in "The Spy" and Toni Collette and Kaitlyn Deaver star in "Unbelievable," a crime drama based in real events. They are just two of the original limited series that Netflix debuts in September, a line-up that also includes the mystery "The I-Land."
Ryan Murphy presents his first Netflix original series "The Politician," a high school satire starring Ben Platt, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Jessica Lange and David Tennant and Hayley Atwell star in "Criminal," a crime drama that sprawls across twelve difference stories in four difference countries, and there are new seasons of Matt Groening's animated series "Disenchantment," sitcom "The Ranch," young adult thriller "Elite," and science fiction thriller "Glitch."
The line-up of Netflix original films includes crime drama "In the Shadow of the Moon" with Boyd Holbrook and Michael C. Hall, comedy "Between Two Ferns: The Movie" with Zach Galifianakis, and documentary "Inside Bill's Brain: Decoding Bill Gates."
Netflix also adds the Lifetime documentary series "Surviving R. Kelly," the fifth and final season of the Fox superhero noir series "Gotham," "American Horror Story: Apocalypse," and new seasons of "The Walking Dead," "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "Call the Midwife," and Showtime series "Shameless."

Coming to Amazon Prime Video in September 2019
The new series "Undone" uses animation to explore a young woman's ability to travel through time and space after an accident gives her visions of her late father and the Emmy-winning Amazon Original series "Transparent" comes to a conclusion with a musical finale in September.
Also arriving in September is the 2014 giant monster movie hit "Godzilla," third season of the British historical drama "Victoria," and "American Horror Story: Apocalypse." Older films coming next month include the animated comedy "Rango," cult science fiction film "The Fifth Element" with Bruce Willis, and the Iranian drama "Manuscripts Don’t Burn."

Coming and Going on Hulu in September 2019
Hulu debuts its new series "Wu-Tang: An American Saga," which dramatizes the rise of the influential hip-hop group, and the original documentary "Untouchable," an investigation of the Harvey Weinstein scandal and the culture of power that protected him, in September, along the streaming debut of the feature film "Hotel Mumbai" with Dev Patel and Armie Hammer.
Streaming TV in September includes the debut season of the USA horror series "The Purge," "American Horror Story: Apocalypse," the latest season of "American Dad," and the twelfth and final installment in the Hulu original horror anthology "Into the Dark."
And Hulu is still the best place to stream new shows from ABC, NBC, and Fox days after their network debuts. This fall, you can follow "The Good Doctor," "Empire," "The Is Us," "The Good Place," "Grey's Anatomy," "The Simpsons," "The Rookie," "Black-ish," "South Park" and many other shows without cable (episodes remains live for a few weeks after their network showings).
Older films include World War II thriller "Anthropoid," animated Disney features "Pocahontas" and "Hercules," all four "Lethal Weapon" films starring Mel Gibson and Danny Glover, the complete "Matrix" trilogy, "Ocean's Eleven" and its two sequels, and Sam Raimi's original "The Evil Dead" and "Evil Dead 2."
