Dance Fitness Gold

Uses dance routines designed for seniors and others who want a gentle but energetic and fun workout in a festive atmosphere. The routines are set to music you love, using Latin dance steps (e.g. merengue, cha-cha, mambo and tango) and moves from rock 'n' roll and disco. The workouts help build cardiovascular health, work muscles of the hips, legs and arms, develop coordination, burn calories and potentially improve brain function. Participants should wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and closed athletic shoes. Presented by Friendly Neighbors at the 1912 Center.
