Elizabeth Harwood: Plein Air
Meet the Artist reception 6 p.m. Oct. 17 with short presentation about Harwood's artwork, followed by a tour through the exhibit.
Harwood is an artist and illustrator based in Colfax pursuing a passion for plein air painting (painting on-site, in the open air) and a love for all things green. She is honored to be alumni from the University of Idaho, with a BFA degree in Studio Art & Design and a minor in Creative Writing. While at university, Elizabeth studied many different mediums, but she continues to return to her first medium, watercolor, as her preferred, using it almost exclusively in her plein air pieces.
Libey Gallery open hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
