I love how the meadow path at Idler's Rest travels right between these trees- quite inviting. Taken on June 20th, the last cool spring day of this year.

This photo of the Sumpter Valley Railroad was taken by Leif Hoffmann (Clarkston, WA) at the McEwen Depot in Eastern Oregon on May 23, 2021, while getting ready to board the steam train. The train travels regularly in the summer from the McEwen Depot to the Sumpter Depot and is located along the Elkhorn Scenic Byway near Baker City, Oregon.

lovely day at Sunnyside Park yesterday. Chris Dopke
This is at the barricaded entrance to the defunct Syringa mobile home park, taken on the 24th by Chris Dopke. When I was able to bike through it a couple years ago, it looked like a bomb had been dropped on the place.
Twin Peaks fans will appreciate this homage I found along a lovely river path in West Dundee Illinois on a trip in early May.
